Do you Charge to Diagnose faults?
We at Speaker repair only ask for shipping payment then once your fault is diagnosed, we will quote and repair, to this present date no customer has declined a repair.
Of Course, if you find the cost simply is not worth repairing then we may have other options for you to consider.
What period of warranty do you offer?
With all our repair work we offer a minimum of 6 months warranty.
I have contacted the manufacturer and they will not help, they only offer discount on a trade-up
It's the same disappointing story from many of our customers, We would always advise you to contact the manufacturer first as you might get lucky (especially if it is only just out of warranty).
Sonos products are expensive and perform beautifully and therefore hold their value, so it is always worth considering having it repaired.

Most often we can successfully repair these but would need to carry out a detailed assessment of the cabinet/casing and also the internal circuit boards.
